FULL HOME INSPECTION:
A home is probably the biggest purchase you’ll ever make, so it’s important to understand the condition of your investment. I’ll provide a non-invasive evaluation of the home’s accessible structure, systems and components. While a home inspection can’t reveal every concern that exists, it will significantly reduce your anxiety by arming you with the knowledge you need to make an informed home-buying decision.
REMOTE DRONE PILOT:
As a certified FAA Part 107 Drone Pilot, I possess the necessary authorization to fly drones in restricted airspace. My strict adherence to all drone flight regulations ensures safety and compliance, giving you the peace of mind that you’re working with a trusted and certified drone pilot. Additionally, my experience in Part 121 Aircraft Dispatching under FAR 121.533 provides a deep understanding of flight operations and safety protocols. This combined skillset allows me to make informed decisions, ensuring the smooth and safe execution of your drone project. I also offer professional real estate photography services, capturing stunning aerial and ground-level images to enhance property listings and marketing materials.

INFRARED INSPECTION:
I use a state-of-the-art infrared camera to find problems that aren’t always apparent to the naked eye. An IR camera translates the heat signatures of objects into colors on a gradient scale, with higher temperatures appearing as lighter colors, and lower temperatures and wet areas appearing as darker colors. By evaluating these images, I can detect sources of energy loss, locate areas of moisture intrusion, pinpoint dangerous hot spots in the electrical system, and uncover other problems, such as wood-destroying pest and rodent infestations, as well as flue leaks in the chimney, which can lead to carbon monoxide poisoning.
ELECTRICAL INSPECTION:
Our Electrical Inspections provide a comprehensive assessment of your home's electrical system, ensuring safety and efficiency. We examine wiring, outlets, panels, and other components, identifying potential hazards, outdated systems, or code violations. By conducting these inspections, we help prevent electrical fires, shocks, and system failures. Our detailed reports provide actionable recommendations for repairs or upgrades.
